whew!...that was a real test for the Spiders...the Eagles were quick, athletic and aggressive...it took us a while to get our sea legs and fight back...
we won the final 25 minutes when we began to be aggressive, forced turnovers and made shots...
we needed Golden and Gilyard to lead the way and they did...they were ably assisted by Burton, Sherod and Cayo...
UR doesn't get "home cooking" very often, but with only a couple of minutes left in the second half we had not drawn a PF despite being the aggressor for much of the half!
congrats to the team for getting this historically difficult game in the win column...now on with the season...
