most good teams win at least one game "ugly" during their seasons...hopefully this one was ours...
when Lauletta hit Diggs to put us up 38-10 with 9 minutes left in the 3rd, I thought we might score 70...but hats off to the Great Danes they didn't even think about quitting...
the kickoff return for the TD immediately afterwards gave Albany what they needed to believe they could still win...from that point on only David Jones and Jacobi Green could keep them from just that....
Spider fans saw a lot of things today we haven't seen too much recently...four turnovers, some just puzzling...our QB was pressured too often...we gave up a special teams TD for the first time since MD...we missed FGs we normally make...we missed some tackles we have been making...drops some passes etc.
but you know what?...we won sloppy, but we won!...we're still undefeated in the CAA and one game closer to a potential Playoff spot...
now that's it's out of our system, let's go to New Hampshire and defeat the Wildcats...I'd almost enjoy that as much as beating the Pukes...we owe New Hampshire...this would be a great year to get em...
