Any details where in the East Grandstands?4 hospitality Tents-2 North End Zone,2 South End Zone.Students to be seated in EAST grandstands.Tribe game tents taken.Stony Brook North End Zone tents taken.
Am I the only one who thinks moving the student section to the east grandstands is a bad idea? This won't make the students want to go to the games any more and now we are losing revenue that could have gone to season ticket holders
The students wouldn't go if they sat at the 50 yard line and there was a 50 dollar bill on their seat when they got there.
Having the extra hospitality areas should generate more overall revenue, IMO. Additionally, the cost of putting up and taking down tents must be far lower that that monstrosity of an end zone structure that nobody sat in.
Are there any fraternities remaining on campus?
I thought that most were gutted.
I think its a good move. I like that they are being proactive. Lets try somethings , rather than sit back and just complain. It definitely isn't working, as we have it now. From what I was told, the students asked for this. Very few programs sit there students in the end zone.
Around 52 percent of female students choose to join a sorority, mostly during their first year. Thirty-four percent of undergraduate men are affiliated with fraternities on campus.
There are still a lot of frat houses. I would love to see them relocated to provide more space for athletics. Are there any fraternities remaining on campus?

Didnt unh do the SRO tickets for a bunch of years? Still think the best spot for the students is give them some elevated aluminum platforms right behind the visitor bench on the track. Would make it very difficult for opposing teams to communicate having students right on top of you.
I'm pretty sure the STH in 114 & 115 would object to their seats becoming obstructed view.Didnt unh do the SRO tickets for a bunch of years?
