Possibly- but stop watches run at the same speed whether north or south. Skills are not limited
to territories.
Granted, they may have more practice time in the south to improve their skills.

You want proof? The best conferance in college football, the SEC, is loaded with speedy running backs, receivers, defensive backs, linebackers, and linemen, recruited mainly from the SOUTH! I rest my case!
