Very impressive win ( against an ACC team with a 121 Kempom ranking) after bleak end of 1st half, down by one and Cayo suffering a potential bad injury.
1. We won without Golden, 2nd team A10, and Cayo for much of the 2nd half.
2. After trailing 22 to 14 at the 4:40 mark of the first half we beat them the rest of the game by 50 to 22
3. Great defense, we held them to 29% shooting
4. Superstar Gilyard 22 points on 9 for 16 shooting 4 for 8 from 3s, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 5 steels
5, Another very strong game by Frances, 18 points on 6 for 12 shooting and 4 for 7 from 3 point.
6. Burton 5 rebounds and 4 steels
7. Gustavson great on defense and 3 for 5 from the field with a solid 5 rebounds in 21 minutes.
8. We just cracked the top 80 in Kenpom. Going in right direction.
