32: The 2023 Commits thread lists 10 freshman commits...can you speculate on whether, or not, all these guys will sign?

“…The early-signing period for football kicks off Wednesday, and Huesman said the Spiders intend to proceed with their familiar model of bringing in 13 or 14 high-school prospects. UR will likely supplement that group with five or fewer transfers, according to Huesman, now in his seventh year at Richmond.
“…You can get kind of in that (transfer) cycle, kind of go down that rabbit hole, and all of a sudden, that’s what you’ve got to do every year,” said Huesman. “I don’t ever want to get our program in a situation where we’re not developing high school kids and recruiting high school kids. I think that’s the most important thing...”

I going to be watching the DB transfer portal. Believe this is our biggest need with 2 starters leaving. we have a huge stable of db's, all young. we know nothing of their talent level. we have offered 1 transfer the northern iowa kid, but no acceptance yet. still would like to see at least 1) OL DL RB LB WR TE about 7 or 8 which exceeds russ's 4 0r 5

looks like we got all of them signed...they sure look impressive in their highlight videos and on paper...
hopeful we'll all feel the same way about them in a few years...glad to see a couple out of Pittsburgh area...it's been good to the Spiders over the years...

Impressive group. A lot to like on offense with big guys on the o-line, big back and athletic targets on the outside. Sure seems like a formula for a QB to be successful.

The Spiders will also bring in Tyler King, a transfer linebacker from Stony Brook who will enroll in January, with a few other transfers likely to be added, according to Huesman, who said none of the incoming recruits “asked us about name, image and likeness. It really is not a factor for us.”

Great job by our staff. This is another excellent group of players who recognize that UR provides a special opportunity with high level FCS competition and great academic opportunities
I like that nearly half the class is Virginians, with a little yinzer sprinkled in.

Welcome Collen Jackson Lineman,to the Spider Football Family at the University of Richmond. Really enjoyed following you this year leading the Dinwiddie Generals to a perfect season and State Championship 🕸🕷🏈
Collen was granted PWO status by UR and he decided to sign an NLI with Hampton.
Hate to loose this local player. Guess we will have to follow him in our clashes with Hampton over the next 4 years.
