Neubauer Out at Fordham

Realistically - he should have been fired after last season, but the school switched AD and COVID hit. All it did was buy him some time - but probably would have been better getting fired at the end of last season - he could have collected his paycheck and not had to work for it.

They're averaging 49.9 points so far this year. What a dumpster fire.

how many years were left on his contract - how much will he get paid not to coach? Probably the greatest perk of being a college coach - you get fired, you still get your remaining salary.

He was in the last year of his contract. It's part of why they didn't fire him last year, besides COVID and not having an AD...they didn't want to have to buy out the last year.

Now they haven't really lost anything financially...they can limp through the rest of the year under an assistant and not have to pay two head coaches at once.
