Morgan State(7-5,6-2)

And then a road trip to (drum roll)...Myrtle Beach? For a winnable game? Unbelievable!

Morgan State is basically the worst team in the entire tournament. They had zero chance of getting an at-large bid. We should beat them without much problem, but it's the playoffs, so we will have to be ready.

For crying out loud, please no talk of Coastal. This team can be dangerous and obviously put some points on the boards. This could be a high scoring affair. Don't take anyone lightly.

Let's not forget how we played at Maine. Anything is possible, but if we play our game & up to our potential, this should be a win. Last night Strauss returned to form & was in control. Reminded me of earlier in the year before he went down. When he executes, the entire offense flows - running game & passing game. Loved the back to back throws to tight end. Only thing bothered me last night was our corners & safeties playing far off of receivers. Too many free passes. Same look vs. JMU. I'd like to see more man coverage or tighten up the zone, but that's just my 2 cents. Go Spiders!!!!!!!

We are going to crush Morgan St. Guys. It is ok for us fans to say that. Players and coaches I'm sure will prepare for them seriously.

it is fine for the fans to think that nothing can stop us or that we should beat morgan st easily, as long, as one can handle their expectations. if things don't go right for you, don't come on here whining about it, sulk at at home or find a ledge, over 14 floors, at work.

SpiderGuy, +1. Too often, we play so far off receivers, we make ordinary quarterbacks look like NFL material. And despite the strategy, we still sometimes give up the big play. I hope we play a little closer to receivers, let them know, big hits are coming.

Lot of work to do not only in the secondary and pass coverage but on special teams which have plagued us all year and have a big impact on field position. Against W&M on punts, we let ones bounce that we should have caught and vice versa. Our tackling needs to improve. Kick-offs went out of bounds and were not covered well and we averaged 35 yards on punts. We has also had an infraction for 5 men in the backfield that nullified the one good punt that we had.

It is imperative that we get these areas addressed if we want to make a run!

Barnette looked very shaky at safety last night. Got torched by #83 for that long TD and several other times when thankfully W&M's QB somehow didnt see it. I think they would have had three 70+yard TDs had he gone to that guy each time.

Everyone but Ayo has been shaky for about 3 weeks, especially our safeties. David Jones was back yesterday, wouldn't be surprised to see a little more of him

Really important for D line to have a great game Sat. Making Morgan St's QB uncomfortable and off balance, even if we don't get sacks, is critical. Did seem that last night they finally started getting a push in 2nd half and the man coverage helped some, but we can do better. And first time in quite a while that it felt like O Line made their presence known. Replicating that will be key, too, since we need to run the ball, so our opponent's D will be guessing all day.
