what is this adnavigation_navitem_forums that is at the top of my message page? It won't let me mark forums as being read

having the same problem -- reached out and Yahoo thinks it is a browser problem. I will try some of the things suggested. You may want to update or change browser and see if you have any success

Not a problem. Just tap the thread you want to view. And I'm using an old iPad.

Definitely some odd navigation stuff going on. Forums don't seem optimized for Android phone or Chrome browser.

While I have not tried it on any mobile devices, I have tried it on 5 different browsers over PC and Mac. That's IE, Firefox (both platforms), Chrome (both platforms), Safari, and Camino. All of them have the same issue described above. The issue is definitely with the site, not with the browsers.

Marley, it's not the thread that is the problem. It's the forum, whether basketball,football, off topics, etc.

Noticed that when I tried to post to the gameday thread at the game yesterday. Ended up posting twice, and had some Yahoo! message stating that a representative would call me.

All the garbage showing on my Mac as well. But the "Mark Forums Read" option is still there. Go to far right that shows as three dots (. . .) in the red bar, click on the ... and you'll see the option there and click on that.
