I was at the game last night like many. Robins Center was about 80 percent full. When Vince Williams hit the game winning shot with 25 secs left. The mass exodus of Robin's Center is completely unacceptable. Don't care about traffic and what not. We already accepted defeated before the final buzzer. We should have all stayed and booed Mooney. I know many deny or support no matter what. Can't possibly embarrassment myself in public. The classic ending to Mooneyball. Accept your participation trophy Mooney. 2000 points scorer and steal leader. Great talent and experience totally wasted by Mooney.

Fans that truly care about winning stopped attending long ago. We just have “real fans” left at the games.

I represent this sentiment.

I was out eating dinner with my wife last night and saw the game on a TV in the corner of the room. At one point, i saw 05 up out of his seat in the arena and firing up the crowd and really admire his continued spirit and wish i was still there with him. I just don't have the will to do it anymore and haven't for 3-4 yars.

I wasn't surprised that we ended up losing and went on with having a nice dinner.

I probably spent less money on the nice dinner .... than i would have on Robins Center beers and fried foods and Spider swag ... and i don't even have the ringing in my ears and hoarse voice today.

You had a much nicer evening.

Looking forward to getting you and other passionate fans back in the RC in the near future. We've lost too many.

Me too. Thanks for capturing my feelings as well.

God bless you guys that still show up every game and root on this team hard. I don’t know how you do it. I’ll be right there with y’all when a change is made.

The true highlight of the night was your son painted red and a blue face getting the answer right to what hand the spider was under......................hope he and your family are still basking in the joy of that moment! For any granddad seeing the joy on his face took away from the angst of the all too predictable loss, Another good moment was speaking to TJ briefly at the end of the game.

We used to call that being a “fair weather fan” What do we call it now?
You know I would agree with you on that. That is called being a fair weathered basketball fan but I truly believe we are dealing with one of the weirdest situations in college basketball so special circumstances call for special reactions. Any other program in the country I wouldn’t just have to leave and come back when things get better because a change would have been made a while ago.

Life has come full circle. He was in the front row of student section for a while. Wasn't happy when I made him come back.

He's almost 10 and hasn't seen us in the NCAA's...

Yes if this keeps up he will think we are a team that does not go to the Dance. He will be like those of us who graduated before Tarrant became coach ..............
