As I said over there at the conclusion of this season, it's actually been a bit frustrating that we haven't exactly improved a whole lot. We've been very up and down...some very good games against the top of the conference, but then some stinkers.
We're only three years in, but consistently a .500 team give or take a bit. Roussell is still getting his pieces in place and I have confidence he can do it, but I'd hoped we'd be seeing more of an upward trend by now. I'd like to say COVID didn't help, but it affected everyone.
