Whole 9 yards….a yard short of a first down (somewhat appropriate)This is the most important game of the year. It is for all the marbles. The big enchilada. The whole 9 yards. A win for the Spiders would be a life event. The team is at the crossroads, it is a landmark event, the moment of truth, the turning point. It's win and go home for the good guys. It also gives us the lead in the series, the first time in almost 50 years.
total agreement; the hate is pukes/hensOn that thinking - have to add - out of all our sports opponents I have the most respect for William and Mary. Like Williamsburg and respect the school academically.
Agreed but our D weakness has been the area between LB and DB.The down and in or down and out for 10 yd plus YAC.Yoder in the flat also of concern. Our OLB and corners gotta be alert with help from secondary. To me, the game comes down to the Tribe Running game against our Front 7. Can they run the ball? If so, they win. If not, Spiders win.
We will find a way to get some points.
Tim and Clayton are two guys that deserved to see a playoff game during their careers. It would be great if Clayton came back next year as the anchor of that OL.
