I don’t agree. Who are your biggest basketball fans? Young men, not necessarily college grads.
If Richmond or VCU (yes, I said it) are on the tube, the local young man is watching the Richmond area
team.
The rating systems know who the viewing audience is now days, because of their
connections with the cable systems.
