Harvey now a hurricane

It's also now expected to be a Catagory 3 hurricane (up from a 1). It seems to be fairly insane at this point not to move or postpone the game. Too many unknowns. Even though it is now predicted to reach landfall at Corpus Christi, it could still turn and pelt Houston and Huntsville pretty badly. Too much of a downside not to make a change in the game.
