Spiders did have a great start, but have now gone cold, and trail by 2. GW's size advantage will be tough to overcome. They were turning the ball over, early in the game, but are handling the ball well, now.

Great start by Spiders, and great finish as well, Spiders up by 2 at half. Poor shooting, maybe GW's size advantage part of the problem. Fouls could be a problem for UR in second half.

Don't know what to say about this game so far. GW is bigger and better, haven't missed a free throw, blocked several shots. Richmond can't buy a free throw, or get a rebound, had 6 shots blocked and still winning the game!!!! UR up 27 to 25 at the half. Go figure!!

Pulled through in the end great way to finish Spiders. Anthony did not play well and we were without ANO. That's a good win, let's take it to VCU on Wednesday. Will need Kendall back to his normal self.

K, with 1:35 left we were leading in offensive rebounds 14-7

11 steals didn't hurt either...

I think we have 4 kids who can shoot, K0, SDJ, TJ, and TA. May have to add Josh to that list as well.


But only two shot well today, TJ and SDJ. You certainly couldn't include Kendall, who shot a lower percentage than Terry, who uncharacteristically had at least 4 of his shots blocked.

TBS, Terry is definitely becoming a scorer!! Maturing into what we all knew he had in him. Love the rebounding too and ball stealing also!! Hope he and the other Juniors work hard in the off season and make something big of their senior year.

Terry played a heads-up game; TJ gave us some offense; our trapping defense paid dividends. Great way to prepare for "VCU...VCU...where the girls are girls and the guys are, too!"

Two negatives I hope improve on Wednesday: The students seemed to be on tranquilizers or are having side effects from Adderall; and the refs were the second worse I have seen in the last two seasons. Let's hope...
