A bunch of "rooting interest" games today:

Houston over Western Kentucky
Morehead over Tennessee State
Utah over UCLA
Eastern Kentucky over Belmont
Ohio State over Michigan State
USC over Colorado
SDSU over Boise St (I think?)
San Francisco over BYU
Oregon over Stanford
Northwestern over Minnesota

I think I'd settle for Houston, Ohio State, Morehead, and Northwestern.

23, is it possible for you to respond to any post on any thread without it being about how you don’t like Mooney? We get it. I promise you we get it.

Thank you, I just post when I see other teams playing with a passion that Mooney does not seem to instill. I think Mooney's offensive system is good, and like our players, but just wish he could be more aggressive, use more players, recruit more athletic players, and turn up the defensive intensity about 3 or 4 notches. I remember in his early days he had that fire, pre Charlotte melt down. I remember going to the restroom at half time of a Fordham game in which the team had played poorly. I passed right by the team coming out of the locker room, there was about a 10 foot swath around Mooney - freaking guy was radioactive. Team played much better in the second half, would have loved to be fly on the wall for that one. That is the guy we lost. Yes, I am sure he gets on the team at times, but just seems we have softer edges since then. So too bad, unless Fan1 (who I know likes every post that bashes me) or 05 want to ban me, you have to use the ignore button kneepad :)
 
I really don't want to ignore you, because I actually value robust conversation. I am just reacting to the fact that it is in every single thread. This was actually the genesis of my "Kevin Bacon" game a couple years back, where every single topic devolved into "Mooney sucks." I've been admonished that the Kevin Bacon thing is getting old, and I'd rather not ignore, so I prefer to try and appeal to your better nature to be more selective where you mention how much disdain you have for Mooney into threads in which that is the actual topic of conversation. Just as I am trying to be more selective in my more tongue-in-cheek Kevin Bacon response to the "Mooney sucks" and "Best class ever" mestastization.

And, at a more meta level, I think the thought process of "if you don't like what I say, put me on ignore" is a dangerous, slippery slope as a society generally, exacerbated by the ease in which social media allows people to not have to confront opposing viewpoints, so I try not to practice it at a micro level.

I don't think I have really ever used the "best class ever" at least not in quite awhile. Just get frustrated that we apparently have a "Coach for Life". We slide next two years and the target will be 2024. It's just frustrating to watch other teams do things like rebound and play tenacious defense, while Mooney can only seem to focus one or two facets of the game. Let's see how tonight goes. Still think we have a shot to dance this season, but we seem to go the wrong way at each pivot point.
