Football Gameday Program

So I'm going thru the football program when I got home from the game Sat p.m. and saw a picture of the proposed new addition to the Robins Center with the notation to go to richmondspiders.com and click spider club for information on elevate athletics (apparently the current athletic campaign). When I went there was nothing there. Curious. Then I saw that Promotional Considerations had an ad for Spider gear that looked interesting. Said to go to www.spiderattire.com. I went there and there was no such site. Perhaps there will someday be a there there but odd that you would advertise for something that doesn't exist.

Yeah, there are a few links to the Elevate campaign sprinkled around the Spider Club website, but they're all broken. Not sure that thing is ever going to launch.

Have to think with the current controversy going on on campus that they're having to think twice about when to launch an athletic fundraising campaign.

From a development standpoint, it makes great sense to let things die down some before leaving the silent phase of a campaign..
