JOC saying Sparky may be new OC. Would be good for guys to not have to learn a new system again. I know Lauletta was frustrated last year expecting Streeter system, then Lobodski for 2 weeks, then Fishers system with 2 months til spring ball. Having a similar system would lead to a much more productive spring practice.
^^I think i'd be OK with that too. Get a new young and hungry recruiter that can work with the running backs and spread some of the leftover $$$ on the remaining assistants, perhaps?
Sparky would do OK like Fisher, believes in ground to support the pass. But Sparky is not far from retirement so what
would be his comittment from a time perspective? Also Sparky was head of recruiting in VA if not mistaken due to his
HS relationships. That would be a key replacement or does he maintain that position?

Fontel Mines has really blossomed into a terrific recruiter. I'd be in favor of giving Fontel some additional responsibility.
I like the thought of Woods as OC - high school coaches thought that his hire was a real coup for Coach Rocco.
Anything that keeps Mines happy and keeps him here is also a good thing.
