Why do they want to go FBS so bad? Gameday would not have happened had they been sun belt or mac memebers. I honestly think being a highly ranked FCS team year in and year out gets the school more press than winning the sun belt and playing in the gmac bowl. Plus, FCS and low level FBS are probably going to merge in the not so distant future.

if they want to go, let them go. My belief is the lower FBS and the upper FCS will be back together again anyway at some point soon thereafter
