Yeah ironically the biggest (only?) advocate of Dino was VT4700.

But interesting that Luke Murray was let go at same time, especially w his ties to Mack at X. Luke is now back with Hurley at Uconn. Didn't realize any of that. Here are couple articles...

FWIW I really liked Murray and he had a good rep, hopefully nothing much there with him. My only concern was well he worked at U of L, possibly a top 5 & easily top 10 dirtiest school. And now he's back with Hurley that doesn't help much either.

Luke is a Connecticut kid with strong recruiting ties in the New York metro and New England prep scene.Went to prep school in New Cannan,CT at St Luke’s.Went to Fairfield University as an undergraduate.Started coaching at Post University in Waterbury,CT and then Quinnipiac in Hamden,CT.With Hurley he’s been at Wagner and URI-close by locales.
He’s been pretty nomadic but such is the life even at 36 yo.
His old man behind the UConn bench will be worth a laugh or two for sure.Luke’s demeanor seems quite the opposite to Hurley.Maybe that’s why they get along.

UL violated NCAA rules in its production of recruiting videos for prospective student athletes? and used graduate assistants in practice? that's the worst things they did?

I think everyone would have expected more. this news leaking out is actually great for UL's reputation. they're cleaner than we thought.

Gaudio takes a plea deal for probation and a "low-end fine" rather than facing a potential prison term.

Gaudio pleaded guilty to Interstate Communication with Intent to Extort, a felony which carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison.

but what's with Mack recording him through all of that and still making all those promises, telling him he loves him, giving him his all-important word???

Dino needs to expand his vocabulary. Using the same "word" repeatedly diminishes one's credibility. Perhaps that only applies if you have any credibility in the first place? Meanwhile Mack will serve a six game suspension and lose approximately $221,000 in remuneration. Good thing he is being paid well and won't miss it.

Crazy all around. Gaudio has made plenty of money as a coach and would have had plenty of opportunities to make more if he'd just accepted that assistant coaches get fired sometimes. Guess that was too much to ask.
