Our defense over the past 5 games has been stifling. That was the 5th game in a row that we held our opponent to under 65 points and 4 straight against top 55 net teams. This is one of the best defense stretches in the history of the program when you consider the level of competition.

Our coaching today was stellar. We scouted them. We were prepared for the zone defenses they through at us. That was coaching.

I agree with you, 80s. Cayo’s effort today was really incredible to watch, particularly on the defensive end. And where the heck did Burton learn to stay in front of people? Just an incredible effort all around.

In my eyes, Tyler Burton was the best defensive player on the floor today. I've seen it most of the year. it wasn't just good today. sometimes a reputation sticks longer than it should. his defense keeps getting better.
Tyler was awesome.

I agree with you that he was excellent today (though Cayo was better) but there’s no way this post is true. Tyler has been focusing on his offensive effort all season given he’s now a primary scorer, and his defense suffered as a result. It was good to see him recognize he’s needed on both ends. Just really impressive today.
