I wonder if SF can find a recap or box score for 1/16/1991 UR at Navy?So apparently there was some really long delay (imagine that) while they reviewed things. And they assessed double technical fouls that I guess offset, but there was also a foul with 0.1 seconds remaining. La Salle went to the line and made 1 to win 62-60. The entire time, ESPN's scoreboard had it as Final at 61-60.
Collegian article on the game has it differently: Spiders were down one when Connolly got fouled with 6 seconds left. Made both to go up one. Navy was fouled at the buzzer and missed both.I wonder if SF can find a recap or box score for 1/16/1991 UR at Navy?
I still remember both teams shooting 2 free throws after the final buzzer. We (Connolly) make both they (Reddick?) miss both, we win.
I'd like to find out if that was a dream...

Lunardi is a clueless hack.Oddly, Lunardi hasn't dropped Dayton any...they were also eighth team out in his bracket coming into today.
Lunardi "Insert Richmond after a huge upset over St.Louis".Lunardi is a clueless hack.
The think it was the announcer doing the game, not Lunardi. Not only as his surprise team, but didn’t he say they would win a national title in the next 3 years?
