Good stuff, I do think Grant has played very well this year, its some other guys not having their best season that is bringing us down. Yes, Defense could be stronger - BUT I blame this on lack of recruiting a bit too.

Weir - I think we were all hoping that this bond and passing of the baton would continue with Grant passing to Weir. The articles I read on Weir talked about his strong passing ability, and he had a rare combination of quick feet for his size. Not blaming Grant, but would have been nice if this bond could have developed and Weir would have been the next. Instead a big size hole for next season.

The last statement - best wishes, stay healthy mentally and physically - makes me think he is taking the year off? Maybe cause of COVID? Or maybe like many athletes these days he is taking a mental health break or step back to re-evaluate?

All just guesses - but first part made me think he was just leaving Tel Aviv, but the second part makes me think he is no longer overseas. Guess with the cryptic post - we will just have to wait........................................................
 
He started a training business earlier this year, but it was up and running while he was playing in Israel, so doesn't seem it would be preventing him from playing if he had an opportunity and was willing.
