A little surprised he never got it going there. Wouldn't be surprised to see him end up on the Wake staff next year one way or another.

He had some success and set high expectations at Charlotte. It’s not easy to win. He’s a young guy and will get opportunities. A kid with a high motivational factor. As much as I hate Nick Saban, Healy would do very well as an assistant there learning the management side. Saban does it better than anyone else.
