Honestly, he held back alot this year. Very little talk about personnel. Good breakfast, very good turnout but not a ton of takeaways. It was pretty odd, really.

He did sound excited about the DB transfers and having Sparky on staff.

Mo, well said. I was very surprised that DR said very little about personnel. Big change from the past. Great event and it was well done. Hats off to Joe and his staff for this event.

I was also a bit perplexed about an obvious lack of detail in Coach's remarks. But he is the head coach - I'm sure he has good reasons for playing it close to the vest. Thanks to Joe Owen, Sam Kauffman, Mary Burkey Owens, etc. for a nice free breakfast. It is always great to have events where you can catch up with old friends - especially at our age.
