CSA has been chosen to assist the University of Richmond in its search for the next AD. Personally, since Todd Turner and Jim Miller both work for CSA, and because CSA has worked with UR previously, this sounds like a pretty good start to the process.

IMHO I think our board and our goals are in better shape today to evaluate the results of a search

I think David Walsh by his recent actions-external communications and handling of Sam Houston game- is a front runner for the top job.Only concern is whether or not if he is a fundraiser.He's got the COO qualifications,he's working hard to get the CEO slot now.

I love the search firm because they definitely know what is needed. These are well respected people. If anyone knows what we need its Jim Miller. I am very postivet about everyone involved. Every faculty member is a member of the Spider Club from what I have been told. Rabbit Moore , CR and Quelley will get this done. All are very passionate about UR athletics. Remember search committee does not select person. They are for procedure and vetting work. The future is bright.
