Andre has played extremely well the past 2 games. His ten assist against Georgetown were the most by a Freshman Spider in over 25 years, he also shot 3 for 5 from the field and grabbed 5 rebounds. This was after shooting 4 for 5 against Hampton. Not bad for a freshman who had seen limited playing time and just joined the team in September.

yes and he is not small pg Andre Keep the Fight

Definitely like his game and watching him play. He is smooth and looks very comfortable on the court.
I agree, Gustavson looks confident even when he makes a mistake. He has walked into a few “no handshakes” from Mooney but doesn’t let it get to him. Great to see.
I am the biggest culprit of this on the board, but we have to remember these are not “one & done” Duke freshman. We don’t get those and never will. We are asking a lot of very young and inexperienced players, which is not their fault. This could be a very good team the next two years if Nick gets the Med-Red, transfer guard lives up to hype and there is a new captain at the helm.
Maybe that’s something to keep our hopes up about.

Wes Miller and two grad transfers (he would get real one's) and we are dancing. Let's see if Hardt can get it done.

Gustavson hasn't been "mooneyed" yet.....

The one "good" thing about our recent injuries is that mooney can't pull the freshmen the instant that they make mistakes. Now he has to leave them in and they are learning themselves how to play through it, rather than shaming them and shooing them to the end of the bench.
