7-2, T-1 in CAA

We are in a great spot. If we beat Villanova, we clinch a playoff spot and clinch at least a share of the CAA title. Not many predicted we would be here at this point. KL and our coaching have been exposed recently, but we were still in a good game with UNH.

One loss to UNH doesn't end our season, truthfully I thought it was a tossup game anyway. We havent played great D this year and we dont have the horses to be a great D anyway. Beat Nova, get to 8-2, and then stick it to the Tribe

Hate to bring up the pass. This year is like 2007. But then like now we have to allow our running game to help our sophomore qb. We cannot put the game on his shoulders completely. Kyle is great and will be the best. No need to take the ball out of the running backs hand. I am happy where we are but this game was very winnable.

Can't figure out Brown. Makes the catch of the year, and dropped at least 3 perfectly thrown passes. We must win one of the next two. As much as I hate to say it, I doubt we will beat the Tribe, in which case ( at least in my mind) we must win next week.

The team started slow but fought until the end. I really like how hard this team plays. We were really hosed by the Flag for PI that was picked up. Brutal non call.

Our next win streak starts next week.

I sure hope this is like 2007! Unfortunately feels more like 2009 to me with the veteran office line that we don't seem to want to take advantage of at the end of games.

I thought we could have run it more, but too many turnovers cost us the game. I agree the team played hard....it just wasnt our day. All is well as long as we take care of Villanova.

Ok, suppose it's 2009. If i offered you a 9-2 season, a CAA Title and a quarterfinal loss back in August, would you have taken it?

agree the team came back from the dead in second half...played hard never quit...could argue we should have won the game despite five turnovers and a missed "pooch" or on side kick...

think this one was pretty much on the offense...believe our defense played pretty well after first quarter...if not for the defense we could have been behind 35-7 at the half...D gave us multiple chances to catch up in second half...which we almost did...

totally puzzled by some of the offensive calls inside the red zone on last two possessions...Coach knows power running usually wins November games...

Coach Rocco won a big game at Nova in 2012 and last season at The Brick House...I hope we can get it straight next week...would rather not be playing for the critical 8th win on November 21...
