2017 Class

This class is even bigger than 2016 IMO. This class will be critical if we want to have sustained success on the recruiting trail. So far this is what I got, correct me if I'm wrong.

2017 Class (4 spots, 2 open)

Commits: Marquis Godwin, Bryce Schneider

Prospects: JP Moorman, Justyn Mutts, Joseph Thompson, Walter Whtye, Paul Atkinson


We have a plethora of options for this class which is amazing considering where we were a couple of years ago. I was wondering who you guys would like out of the prospects above.

For me, it's gotta be Whyte and Moorman. Mutts would also be a great get. Thompson and Atkinson seem like our backup options if all else fails. I'm super stoked to see how this class turns out!

Moorman and Atkinson, but the others would also be ok. Really like Moorman's demeanor. Would be a great fit. OSC

We should have five spots for next year, with three open. Replacing TJ, SDJ, Marshall, and Kwesi, and we have an open one carrying over from this year. That's assuming Kirby's scholarship from last season was a one (or two) shot deal.

I think that we need at least two in Bryce's class, though not sure how we get there.

One possibility is one of our redshirt sophomores graduates and leaves early. OSC

really excited to see how this class comes together. we're well on our way to a stud class on the heels of a stud class. good times.

Need to keep the quality bigs coming in. Losing TJ, Wood, Abaka, leaves large holes in the front line. Not sure PF has the durability to be a significant contributor.
